How we'll work together
Inquiry & consultation
Fill out the inquiry form with your event date, item quantities, paper preferences, and design vision. Availability is confirmed and a reply follows within 1–2 business days, with a quick consultation if helpful.
Proposal & securing your date
A detailed custom proposal follows, outlining project scope, timeline, and pricing. Once approved, signed, and deposited, your project is locked into the production calendar.
Guest list & content submission
You send over your finalized guest list, seating chart, or custom text, using a provided template and formatting guide so every name, title, and address is set up correctly.
Design proofing & colour selection
Before full production, digital proofs or physical samples show your chosen ink colour from my palette, lettered in my signature script, with layout placement. You review, request adjustments, and give final approval.
Hand-crafted production
Every piece is individually lettered by hand in the studio with close attention to detail, with extra materials on hand for last-minute guest additions or seating updates.
Final quality check & delivery
Each item is inspected against your master list, then carefully packaged for local studio pickup or tracked shipping — ready for your event.
